Case study2025–2026
QRono — appointment booking SaaS
A multi-tenant booking platform where any service business gets a public booking page via QR code, plus a dashboard for calendar, queue, staff and subscriptions.
This project has no public demo. The case focuses on the problem, the decisions, and the outcome.
/01
The problem
Small service businesses — barbershops, wellness studios — still manage bookings over chat and paper, losing clients to friction and no-shows.
/02
What we did
Full stack product development across a .NET backend and a Nuxt frontend: booking engine, dashboard, subscriptions and payment integrations.
/03
Key decisions
- Made the public booking flow the core of the product: each shop shares a QR that opens its own booking page, no app install required.
- Shipped a complete management dashboard — appointments, live queue, calendar, staff, services, schedules and holidays — with subscription billing on top.
- Expanded the domain toward wellness: group classes, client records with notes and photos, prepaid packs and Mercado Pago integration.
/04
Outcome
A mature v1 product with end-to-end tests, error monitoring and a marketing landing — engineered like a real SaaS, not a prototype.
