A system for appointments, clients, and calendars, with slots for classes and for treatments, plus a client panel.
This project has no public demo. The case focuses on the problem, the decisions, and the outcome.

The problem
A center that books both classes and treatments needs one place for appointments, clients, and calendars, and a panel where the client can see their own slots.

What we did
Defined the product around that scope: appointments, clients, calendars, class slots, treatment slots, and a client panel.

Key decisions
- Kept appointments, clients, and calendars in the same system instead of a calendar with no client record.
- Treated class slots and treatment slots as two kinds of booking the center actually runs.
- Included a client panel so the person booking can see their own appointments.
