Case study2026
Google Ads management copilot
A growth-layer product: multi-account Google Ads sync, alerts, and optimizations a human approves before the system executes them. Not a monthly ads retainer.
This project has no public demo. The case focuses on the problem, the decisions, and the outcome.
/01
The problem
Agencies and ecommerce teams juggle many ad accounts by hand: performance issues get noticed late, and every optimization is repetitive manual work with real budget at stake.
/02
What we did
Product architecture and full stack development: shared contracts, business core, API with job queues, web dashboard and Google Ads API integration.
/03
Key decisions
- Designed a human-in-the-loop flow: the system recommends, a person approves, the system executes — with configurable guardrails limiting what automation can touch.
- Built account sync and metric ingestion as background jobs, so dashboards, alerts and impact reports stay fresh without blocking the UI.
- Shipped a mock mode alongside the real Google Ads integration, enabling full demos and end-to-end tests without spending a single ad dollar.
/04
Outcome
A working MVP covering the full cycle — connect accounts, detect, recommend, approve, execute, measure — ready to be pointed at real ad spend.
