Case study2026

Streetwear e-commerce platform

A self-managed e-commerce platform with a full admin panel and three payment gateways — plus a second storefront built around limited drops for a streetwear brand.

This project has no public demo. The case focuses on the problem, the decisions, and the outcome.

/01

The problem

Emerging fashion brands outgrow marketplace templates fast: they need their own store, their own drops culture and full control over catalog, promos and checkout.

/02

What we did

Full stack development of both storefronts and the admin: catalog, orders, promotions, content, shipping, payments and webhooks.

/03

Key decisions

  • Integrated Mercado Pago, Stripe and PayPal behind one checkout, with webhook-driven order states (success, failure, pending) handled end to end.
  • Built the admin as a real CMS: products, banners, carousels, navigation, SEO and appearance are editable without touching code.
  • For the streetwear brand, made drops a native concept — timed releases with their own admin CRUD — instead of faking scarcity with manual catalog edits.

/04

Outcome

Two functioning stores on one codebase philosophy: a general-purpose platform ready to white-label, and a brand store tuned for the Argentine market.
