Restaurant management suite
A complete back-office for a burger restaurant: purchasing, production, inventory with batch tracking, sales reconciliation and full financial control — built as a typed monorepo.
This project has no public demo. The case focuses on the problem, the decisions, and the outcome.

The problem
The restaurant had no reliable link between what it bought, what it produced and what it actually earned: stock, costs and finances were reconstructed by hand, after the fact.
/02
What we did
Architecture and full stack development of the entire suite: five-package monorepo, API, web app, background workers and database design.

Key decisions
- Connected purchasing to real stock: supplier orders, receptions and invoice capture feed inventory automatically, with recipes driving production costs.
- Added batch and expiry tracking, waste registration and manual adjustments, so physical inventory and system inventory stop drifting apart.
- Built a finance module — accounts payable, income, expenses, recurring costs — that reads from the same data the operation generates, with multi-branch isolation.
Does your business look like this?
- Hospitality venues that cannot see margin or stock clearly.

Outcome
An actively evolving platform (400+ commits) where the owner can finally answer, with data, what each burger costs and where the money goes.
